滤框和滤板之间靠纸板或滤材密封，是一种过滤量比较大、过滤面积在1m2以上的不锈钢板框精密过滤机（又称不锈钢纸板过滤机），用精密除菌纸板过滤各种保健酒、葡萄酒，可达除菌效果。相对于一般的不锈钢板框，有滤室容积大，耐受压力高，耐受温度高，可以制作更大尺寸的滤板等特点。一般采用液压压紧，不加密封圈，可以特氟龙喷涂。主要应用于化工，医药中间体，精细化工，治金，石油，食用油等行业的大规模的工业化生产。
